The Skiatook Public Schools Support Foundation (SPSSF) is hosting their annual golf tournament Friday, June 17.

“It’s a great way to kick off the Father’s Day weekend. Take Friday off to play golf,” said board member Geoff McGoffin.

The tournament will be held at Bailey Golf Ranch in Owasso, 10105 Larkin Bailey Blvd., starting at 9 a.m. Registration begins at 8 a.m. All proceeds go to the SPSSF, a private, non-profit foundation for the support of the Skiatook school system. “The funds help buy things the schools need not covered by the budget,” said McGoffin.

A shotgun start is scheduled for the tournament. The format will be a four person handicapped team scramble. Golfers may enter their own foursome or enter as an individual and be grouped into a foursome.

There will be a lunch, door prizes and awards following the tournament. Cost for each golfer includes green fees, cart, tournament souvenirs, lunch, enrollment for prizes and a tax deductible contribution. Mulligans are extra.
